Czech dysplasia is an autosomal dominant skeletal dysplasia characterized by early-onset, progressive pseudorheumatoid arthritis, platyspondyly, and short third and fourth toes ({5:Marik et al., 2004}; {3:Kozlowski et al., 2004}).
